
Mail Services
Incoming Mail - All incoming mail should be addressed as follows:
Tenant Name
Building Name
Street Address and Tenant Suite Number
City, State, and Zip
Please notify all client contacts and other business associates of your proper mailing address.
U.S. Mailbox Locations
The drop box for all U.S. mail is located on the first floor of the building.
Mail is delivered to each individual suite.
Pick-Up / Delivery Hours
Mail delivery, distribution and pick-up hours are determined by the U.S. Postal Service.
Express Mail Service
There is a FedEx and UPS drop-box for Express and regular deliveries located on the first floor.
Pick-up is at 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Oversized Deliveries (Loading Dock)
All oversized deliveries should be made via the Plaza (entrance is located on NE 8th street; between 110th Avenue NE and 112th Avenue NE).
It is necessary to make prior arrangements for all vehicles entering the loading dock for delivery. This is done by indicating the desire to use the loading dock on the Visitor Access Request Form. The Security Officer is required to have notification from Building Management before allowing admittance of any vehicle. The loading dock may be used for a maximum of one hour unless previously approved.
