Q: What are the building hours?
A: Plaza East is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Access to the building on Saturday and Sunday is via building access card only.
Q: How do I submit a work order ?
A: Please submit a work order via the Tenant Center.
Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Please submit a work order or tenant request via the Tenant Center.
Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes, Plaza East has bike storage on site. Please fill out the Fitness Center & Bike Room waiver to receive access to the bike storage room on your access card.
Q: Where can I park?
A: Impark manages our parking garage and front lot. Parking passes and vouchers are obtained through Impark. If there are any questions or problems with regards to parking, please contact the Building Management Team at (425) 324-2271 or the parking attendant at (425) 637-8003.
Visitor & Short Term Parking
Designated stalls for visitor are clearly marked. Short-term parking is reserved for the front lot. Please remind your staff not to use these spaces for daily parking and remind your visitors of the designated time limit.
Accessible Parking Spaces
Parking stalls reserved for individuals with disabilities are clearly marked. As a reminder, do not park in these spaces unless you have a valid disabled parking permit.
Parking Guidelines & Reminders
To ensure the safety of our visitors and proper use of our parking garage and front lot, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Phone the Building Management Team if you observe any hazards in the parking areas.
Remember to always lock your vehicle and remove any valuables including cellular phones. KGIP, Impark, CLPF - Bellevue Office, LLC, and Clarion Partners, LLC are not responsible for any losses or damages to parked vehicles.
Please be considerate and ask your guests to be considerate of short term parking restrictions.
Please observe all directional, speed limit and stop signs throughout the parking area.
Do not park illegally or in fire lanes. Cars parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
Overnight parking is not normally permitted. Please notify the Building Management Team as well as the parking attendants if it is necessary to park your car overnight.
Trailers and towed vehicles are not permitted in the parking areas.
Accessiblespaces are reserved for disabled persons only. Cars illegally parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
All vehicles must be parked in designated stalls and may occupy only one space.
Q: Where can I smoke?
A: In compliance with State Law, smoking is prohibited inside the building and parking garage. As a courtesy to non-smokers and all guests to our buildings, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:
Please use designated smoking areas and refrain from smoking at building entryways or in stairwells.
Do not discard cigarette waste on walkways and parking garage/areas or in trash cans, planters, or building landscaping
Q: I am sensitive to the light, how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: You can issue a work order via the Tenant Center.
Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: No. Space heaters are not permitted.
Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Yes. Please confirm with Building Management Team for size exceptions.
Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Persons seeking after-hours HVAC need to send written notification to the Building Management Team. Your company will be billed accordingly each month.
